2007 Pre-Season

There is quite a lot of ground to cover so here is an overview…

It pays to start at the top and work your way through it even though you are starting late. Because the training follows a natural progression if you try to skip steps you will end up in unfamiliar territory and become confused. Much like I did when I tried to listen to a podcast the first time only to find I needed to download iTunes first (which was mentioned in a previous post)

Don’t worry if it seems a lot, I managed to catch up with everything in 2 evenings.
