2007 Pre-Season
There is quite a lot of ground to cover so here is an overview…
It pays to start at the top and work your way through it even though you are starting late. Because the training follows a natural progression if you try to skip steps you will end up in unfamiliar territory and become confused. Much like I did when I tried to listen to a podcast the first time only to find I needed to download iTunes first (which was mentioned in a previous post)
Don’t worry if it seems a lot, I managed to catch up with everything in 2 evenings.

Creating teams doesn’t mean the 30 Day Challenge is a group project. Everyone does their own project however working as part of a team is great for motivation and support. Ideal team size is 4 – 6.
